North India Conditions

Cold wave conditions persist in Punjab and Haryana, with temperatures dipping below normal in most areas. Ballowal Saunkhri in Punjab recorded zero degrees Celsius. Cities like Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Patiala in Punjab, and Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Narnaul, Rohtak, Bhiwani, and Sirsa in Haryana, have experienced cold wave conditions, with temperatures significantly below normal.
