Versatile Battery Options: The Acti.EV architecture is engineered to accommodate various battery configurations, including cylindrical or prismatic cells. It can leverage Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, well-suited for diverse climate conditions. These batteries are anticipated to provide an impressive range of 300-600 kilometers. Charging options include an 11kW AC charger or a rapid 150kW DC charger.

Drive Configurations: Flexibility defines the Acti.EV platform, supporting front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and four-wheel drive configurations. Operating at 400 volts, it can integrate both Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors and Induction motors, with power outputs ranging from 80hp to 230hp.

V2V and V2L Capabilities: Enhancing utility, the Acti.EV architecture incorporates Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) charging capabilities. V2V allows one Tata vehicle to charge another, while V2L empowers the EV’s battery to supply power to various medium and high-voltage devices, catering to a range of applications from gadgets to camping equipment.

Efficient Packaging and Frunk: Emphasizing efficient packaging, the Acti.EV offers a flat floor for optimal space utilization and features a frunk, a small front boot. The design also accounts for ample ground clearance, navigating challenging road conditions and speed breakers seamlessly.

Technological Advancements:

5G-Enabled Over-the-Air Updates: The Acti.EV’s 5G-enabled system facilitates over-the-air updates and cloud computing. The digital cockpit experience, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, supports third-party apps and services, offering a futuristic and connected driving experience.
